Yarramalong Valley Farm Stay Elopement – Steph and Damien
Elopements are so special to us and Yarramalong Valley Farm Stay is the perfect spot to hold an intimate elopement. We get excited every time we have the opportunity to be apart of one because they are just so darn good.
Yarramalong Valley Farm Stay is a hidden treasure nestled in the Central Coast Hinterland of NSW. Its super private, has different locations for your ceremony and reception, as well as accommodation onsite. It’s filled with so much rustic charm. It is home to two of the cutest cows you’ve ever seen along with lots of native wildlife, so you can relax on the balcony listening to the birds and watching the animals for hours.
Steph and Damien’s elopement was put together and hosted by the Anteloping team. This beautiful couple invited only their closest family and friends to join in their intimate celebration. It was the calmest and most seamless day.
We started with hair and makeup, getting Steph and her sister ready for the ceremony. Steph has naturally very curly hair, so we embraced its beauty creating a soft up style with some sweet little flowers pinned into the back. Her minimalist style was complemented by the most natural of makeups. We included a few individual lashes and a touch of colour on the cheeks and lip. It was perfect for her. It all came together when Steph slipped into her wedding outfit, which you’ll see looked amazing. We always love when a bride is daring enough to go outside the traditional wedding box and wear something like this.
Damien was outside waiting, back turned to Steph when she approached him for a cheeky first look prior to their ceremony. We love this moment and think it’s such a great way to break the ice, allowing your nerves to melt away and have a private moment together, just the two of you, before you see everyone at your ceremony and your heart starts to race once again.
Hand in hand they made their way down the isle where Kim Oakhill delivered the most beautiful ceremony. It was filled with love stories, tears, laughter, more tears and had everyone hugging together at the end. The setting was made even more beautiful by Film & Foliage. Antique pillars and urns filled with blossoms surrounded this couple as they made their promises to one another.
After a champagne toast everyone headed over to the barn to relax and enjoy a feast cooked onsite by The Wilderness Chef. The dishes were incredible to look at and to taste and everyone was looking pretty full by the end of the third course.
Our lovely couple then headed off for a stroll around the property. Its an amazing place to explore and Barefoot & Bearded knows all the right spots. This is the perfect way to end the day with your partner, wandering around, exploring a new place and getting some killer photos as the sun goes down.
Thank you to Steph and Damien for allowing us to be part of this amazing day. Contact us today if you would like to do something like this for your special day, wether it be an elopement at Yarramalong Valley Farm Stay or somewhere completely different.
